PR Card still under process, and I'm outside Canada and need to return

Hello Everyone,

I landed in Canada in April-05-2014, and my PR card is still under process, I had to travel back to Dubai to close some issues before receiving the PR and thought that my family would receive it by this time and send it to me, however the card is not issued yet, and based on the processing time on CIC website it will need until end of Jun to be issued.
I need to travel to Canada by Jun-15 Max, and I can apply for travel documents, but I'm afraid that if I applied for travel document they will cancel my PR card processing and I will need to reapply for it and run through the long wait again.

Any Advice?

Applying for a travel document won't cancel your PR card processing (not sure why you think that it would). If you need to return to Canada by June 15th then you should apply for a TD.
