PR Card Solemn Declaration Processing Time

Hi Guys, my first PR card application is showing approved and mailed, its been 14 days since the approval but the card is not delivered yet. How long should I wait to raise a solemn declarataion
My Timeline
COPR : 30 March
Photos Delivered to IRCC Montreal : 7th April
PR Card application approved on CIC portal : 20th August
PR Card Delivered: Waiting....

U can submit solemn declaration after 6 Weeks from the day your card was mailed.

Perhaps check with Canada Post. Go the nearest office that delivers your mail.

i faxed solemn declaration on 21st May so its almost 100 days for me now so May be I ll get PR card this month end most probably or early October. But for you it’s a long wait.

This gives hope, my first PR Card Application was approved on August 20 and its been more than 2 weeks now , this wait is real killer

i faxed mine around March 17 and got the PR card on june 17
so 3 months
