PR Card renewal

Hi there,
My Pr card is expired. I filled up all the paper work and pay the renewal fee online and attached all my ids for example proof of address, Ontario drivers licence and my photo but apparently they send everything back to me and they are asking for primary document I am not sure what they mean by primary document.

Check the instructions. It is usually a copy of your passport.

Hi Ponga,
I am applying to renew PR card for my daughter and she is 12 years old so does she needs to sign the form?As per their instructions I see children under 14,needs to be signed by parents or legal guardian so I will sign on the right side of form so should I leave empty in the Applicant where there needs be signature on the right side?
