Have you called IRCC or ordered GCMS notes? You could even contact your MP? Were you compliant with your RO when you applied for PR renewal? Were you very close to the 730 days? Have you remained in Canada and do you still meet your RO?

How much approximately does it take for the status to change from decision made to ‘complete’ if the pr renewal is referred to local office for pick up?? (montreal local office)
