PR card Renewal

Dear Officer,

Please let me share my situation,

My pr card was valid from 2013 January 27 until 2018 February 25.
I came to Canada in 2013 for a week just doing my first landing.
After I left the country beacuse I was on the University and I didnt want to leave without accomplish it.
In 2016 September 21 I came back and stayed until 2017 June 24 when I went back for a family visit and came back in 2017 September 10. Since then Im here in Canada todays date (2018 September 24 ).
My question would be:
How many days should I have for starting my renewal process? 730days within 5 years or 1095days?

These are the documentations what I could provide for proving my days:

1. Language assesment
2. plane tickets
3. Employer letter (confirm employment, start date etc)
4. Tax report (2 years)
5. Bank Statements (2 years)
6. PR + Passport photo copies

You need 730 days in the 5 years since your initial landing. After the first 5 years you need to show 730 days in the 5 years preceding any application or new entry into Canada. PR card validity is irrelevant to the residency obligation. I am not going to count the days but at the moment not sure you have 730 days in last 5 years but you did it seems fail the initial RO.

No. As of today, you must have 730 days in the last 1825 days. So, since 24th September 2013, not 28th January 2013.
