To received an email says the application is returned with below information.

Application status: Returned
One or more of your items need to be corrected. Check below for details.

• Incomplete application - Please sign and date the consent and declaration.

I am sure the system will not allow to submit the application without completing declaration session. The only thing I can see is I mentioned that date as 6-OCT-2025 and the application submitted on 7-OCT-2025.

Any information or details will be helpful for my situation.

Thanks for your response. I think I gave 06-OCT-2025 and submitted the application on 07-OCT-2025.

Thanks. I reapplied today the same application after correcting the date. I don't know if I can apply PR TD in case If I didn't receive I PR card before travelling.

Hi can you please explain what exactly was the issue here? Am asking this because i completed the application on Oct 7 and submitted on the same day by 9 PM. But the submitted date is showing up as Oct 8 in the system. I just wanted to know if that is an issue, Thanks

Hello,

I submitted 2 applications. One for myself and other one for my spouse. I didn't see my wife application is returned. The only difference between both our application is by mistake in the Consent and declaration section I selected "If this form pertains to a child under the age of 14, I certify that I am the child’s parent or legal guardian" for my application and not for my spouse application.. As I selected this, officer might have confused and returned the application back as applicant and signature are same thinking it is for application under 14 age.

I see a warning sign with the below detail in Consent and declaration form.
If you are 14 years of age or more but less than 18 years of age: your application must be signed by you and one of your parents or a legal guardian.

If you are under the age of 14, your application must be signed by your parent or legal guardian only.
I think you are okay to have any date before or same day you are submitting the application. In my case I have my name and date (07-OCT-2025 my submitted date).
