I applied on Oct 8 for the whole family. I wasn't able to link any of our applications - the only applications that appear are our first PR applications from years ago. I'm also not able to find them via the Client Application Status tool.

This is expected. If you see your old original pr card/previous application while trying to link it, that means you're entering the all info correctly.

However, you won't be able to link your renewal application until IRCC actually opens up and starts processing/goes through your application.

For me, this was 23 days after hitting submit on my renewal (This can obviously vary person to person).
I suggest giving it another attempt late October/early November and hopefully it works.

For some people. linking is not possible even after they get their PR cards. IRCC has more glitches than we can count.

Hello,

I submitted my application on Oct 7th 2025. My travel date is Dec 16th. I am worried whether I will receive my PR renewal card before that.

The status is showing as Submitted in PR portal from day 1 till today. I didn't receive any email confirmation from IRCC as application accepted or didn't get the application number.

Without application # I don't know how to open a ticket and make it as urgent request. Any suggestion ?

From other email chain, I learned we can see the JSON. I tried and its showing status as Ready for Review. Still I am not able to get the application #.

The PR Portal often stays “Submitted” even after your file moves forward (some people say it stayed that way until the card arrived). If you want a hint, once you logged into pr portal you can open DevTools (F12) → Network → refresh → find the cases?... and check the JSON for a status like “Completed” ( its not official, and people say its inaccurate info).

This JSON inspect blah blah blah is completely unreliable. It is proven to give incorrect information.

when I go to inspect and check in the console windows, I saw status completed and the rejection reason id 47 saying my primary ID is incomplete and MZR region is not redeable although it clearly is.

... found a few cases where they saw a similar message in the console but that turned out to be a glitch (when has IRCC ever had a glitch???) and they got their renewed PR cards on time.

It's not a 'glitch.' You were using an unsupported hack - the console/inspect thing - which is not intended to be used. It provides incorrect information because it is not supposed to be used...

If you want to use it to wind yourself up and worry needlessly, that's your right. But I'd suggest you should rather wait and instead employ your time more usefully - a very low bar since it is shown to have negative usefulness.
