Hi everyone, I am starting this thread for those who submitted their PR card renewal application during the month of November-2025
 
Submitted the PR Card renewal applications for my family on 11-Nov-2025. Not able to link the applications yet.
 
Submitted PR card renewal on November 12 2025 for my mother. Also cannot link the application.

Hoping for the best as she wanted to fly out before Christmas.
 
Application got returned due to "Insufficient Payment".

Found that I provided same payment proof for 2 applications. So corrected and re-submitted it.
Date of Applying - 11 Nov 2025
Application returned - 04 Dec 2025
Re-submitted - 04 Dec 2025.

So my application submitted date should be considered as 04 Dec 2025 because of my fault.

They returned my application which was submitted on 11-Nov-2025.

Which means your application should have entered their processing queue / will get into processing in a day or two.
Hopefully you should be able to link the application by this weekend

Approved: 9-Dec-2025 (as per IRCC agent and he said card also mailed)

IRCC agent also assisted to try linking the application by cross verifying the info I am entering but no luck.

I applied for me and my wife on Nov 18.
Up to now the status in the portal is still submitted.
I cannot link the application in my IRCC account. I can see there the old PR application from 2020.

I read somewhere that you can see a status update via JSON when using developer tools.

That shows there was an update on Dec 11, but I can't see anything. No emails, no status update. According to some information I read that the passport needs to have all pages, which I didn't provide. In the checklist for PR renewal it was not indicated it needs to have all pages of the passport. I'm wondering when it will change status so I can add an updated passport with all pages.
