Reading from this forum and others, about PR Card Renewal, I see some got material returned because photo does not meet the required specs.
Is it possible to reduce the risk by:
including more than 1 sets of photos and let the officer pick?
e.g. Take photo and get 2 copy from studio A, then do same thing from studio B, then include the 2 sets - each contains 2 photos into application, and let the officer to pick the eligible set.
It may sounds sick, but... anyone tried before?
After all, something of "Photo" is out of applicant's control (except the dressing, smiling etc). If photographer does not responsible or not read the spec but just telling "I know that" or made mistake by any reason, it is applicants who will waste months and get returned documents, then resubmit and wait again as there is no online way or re-submit only photo.
