Three months ago, on November 22, 2022, I submitter an application for a PR Card Renewal on this website: prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca (That I hope is the correct one).
I haven't received and answer, email, signs of life of any kind. I applied before I went back to my country for Christmas and then there I applied for an urgent PRTD and the PRTD was approved like two weeks after and then I came back to Canada with the PRTD and still no clue of my new PR Card.
Does anyone know how long would it take to get an answer or approval? I know it takes time to receive it the mail, but my problem is that I don't even know it is approved or not or if they even got my application at all.
I couldn't check my status online because it says it doesn't exist, but I keep sending webforms to IRCC asking about my status and they keep replying that my application is in process, but nothing else. Does anyone knows the phone number where I can contact the ICRR and ask about my application directly? Because with webforms they usually take weeks to get back to you.
Also, when I applied, the webpage said the processing time was 90 days. Lately it says 70 days. So should I be worried that processing times are getting shorter but I still don't know the status of my application? Please, any help will be deeply appreciated.
