PR card renewal new application form

I am filling out the application form for PR card renewal. Section 3 (3.5) Immigration history has a question: Have you ever been issued any of the following? Travel document or PRTD. I am not sure how to answer, I never applied for PRTD so that would be no, but for the Travel document are they asking for any kind of travel document like my foreign passport, or is it something else?
