Yes I have faced this situation. Only mine got approved but all of my family members' status it was showing still as "Submitted". After I got my PR card during the first week of June 2022, I got photo rejection letters for all of my family members. I had resubmitted photos for all immediately and haven't heard back from IRCC since then ...

If status has not changed yet, it is likely to be a photo rejection and a resubmission request letter would be mailed to you.

Anyone who re-submitted their photos in April/May 2022 and has received (or dispatch update) PR Card?

I suppose the PR card is mailed in regular canada post mail and thus there is no tracking / dispatch update. Only way to know if its sent or not is via a GU / status change to "Approved" in the EE portal.

I landed on 24th June, and re-submitted photos were delivered on 29th August.

My resubmitted photos reached IRCC during the middle of June 2022. I haven't got PR cards yet.

Hi all, been following this thread for sometime now. Thought I'd share my timeline:

Outland Applicant, New PR card

Landed at YYZ - 09 JUL 22
Linked application to online profile - 14 JUL 22
Approved and Card is mailed - 14 SEP 22

I didn't notice any ghost updates meanwhile.

Update: Card received in the mailbox on 18 SEP 22

Received a message on my online account today that my PR card was approved and mailed out. I did not provide an address at the time of landing, but had sent a webform 1 month ago.

Hello All, just wanted to provide an update here so that its helpful for those looking.

I sent in the photos as requested and it reached within a week. I phoned IRCC this morning to follow up (I know its too soon) but the officer said the IRCC officers processing photo resubmission applications are currently working on photos resubmitted in May 2022 so its going to be a while for those who resubmitted later than that.

PR card renewal:

June 07 : Application sent
June 13 : Application reached IRCC office
July 25 : AOR
Sept 17 : Approved & We mailed your card
Sept 20 : Got my PR card in the mailbox

I stay in Ottawa, probably that's why got card mail so fast. All the best you all.

What number did you call to speak to?

I tried calling but doesn't give the option to speak to a agent.
