PR card renewal - incomplete

Hi,
I submitted paper pr card renewal application, it was returned as incomplete as I used expired passport as primary document. This is the same passport which I used for pr application, it also has prtd and initial landing stamps. I provided copies of these stampings.

Now I am planning to add my COPR document, will this be enough?
