PR card renewal for minor - signature

Hi all,

In the PR card renewal application for minors (below the age of 14), there are two boxes available for signature. Signature of applicant, Signature as parents.. should we sign both sections or just the signature as parents section. Instructions sound that only parents section need to be signed if the kid is below 14, but it is somewhat ambiguous.
