[PR Card Renewal] Documents sent in 12.21 but no email received yet

Is it NORMAL? Do I need to prepare a new package of documents and send by express?
My card expires in March and I need travel in June...

It takes about 2-2 1/2 months to get the email acknowledgment.

Oh ok, thanks. Now the only thing I am worrying about is if my package has been lost on the way... It was a regular mail... (I've been regretting ever since I sent it
