PR Card Renewal Application returned. Please help.

Hi Everyone, just like to ask guidance on what to do when PR Card was returned due to missing photo. In the letter, CIC stated the following.

1. Your photos are missing. Please refer to the attached photo specification sheet or consult appendix B of you guide for instruction

2. Application dated and more than 90 days before being received. by IRCC will require to you update your absences, re-sign and re-date the application, otherwise the application will be returned as incomplete.

My questions are the following:

1. Do I change the date of my assessment period, original was based on my date of landing, May 7, 2016 to May 7, 2021? do i redate the assessment period and change it to date when i resubmit my application.

2. Do I exclude the returned application form or do I just include together with the updated form?

When did you send the application and why they say the dates were 90 days outdated prior to receiving your application? Is it because they returned it, or they were outdated when you sent it?

To answer your questions:

1- Yes, you need to update your presences from the date of resubmission.
2- Ignore the returned application.

Thanks for taking time to reply. I sent my application May 7, 2021. It was returned September 9. So when i send it back the assesment period needs to be changed? If I plan to resubmit it in September 20, my 5 year assessment period should be september 20, 2016, september 2021?

From May 7 to Sept. 9 is about 120 days > 90 days, so yes you need to update your eligibility period. Yes, the new eligibility period looks right. It's unfortunate your application took 4 months only to be returned.

Hi there, I've applied more than one month ago for the PR Card and and just today appear that "Photo are Missing" but the botton is greyed and I can't do anything to edit the application, and I'm sure that I've uploaded the photos correctley.
So I'm wondering if now I have just to wait for the PR Card because the application is still under review or if I have to submit a new one.
Does someone of you in the same situation just waited for the Card even with the "Photo are Missing" and recived the Card?
