I am wondering how long dose it take to receive PR card after landing date.

I am planning to visit my home country and need card for traveling.

Can I receive that sooner, I am planning to visit my parent due to their health issue?

There is no way to expedite it. You don't really need it to leave Canada, only to return. Somebody else can receive it on your behalf at your address and send it to you in your country.
