PR card processing time?

Hello all,

I am PR applicant under CEC with CoPR approved on Sept 12. How long is it taking for PR card receipt by mail?

Office said 3 to 4 weeks and online it says 14 days but my friends didn't receive in 1 month too.

When you say "approved COPR".. you have landed, right? You aren't under the impression that getting the COPR is by itself enough to get the PR?

I know you probably have landed, but I wanted to be sure.
