PR card ..pls help

Hi ..me and my husband came to Canada together last April 2013 . I sponsored him under FSW . I was the principal applicant, we have no children. And he never declared her daughter whatsoever upon entry. Sometime February 2015 through his facebook account, I found out that his family and he himself planned and kept it secret from me. His PR card will expire April 2018, does this mean he can renew his PR card anytime he wishes or will it be on me because I was the Principal applicant who sponsored him?I am keeping the original COPR where he signed that he has no dependent left behind... Pls help.. Thanks

You didn't sponsor him. He was included as a dependent in your app.

He can renew his PR card as he wishes. It doesn't have anything to do with you.

he can renew his card as PR but will not be able to sponsor his daughter from mistress because he never declared child upon entry?

If he failed to declare his daughter, then he can never sponsor her.

You should return his COPR to him. Legally that document is not yours and you do not have the right to hold it.
