PR card photos rejected

Hi everyone,

my relative came to Canada and had to return back to India before the PR card arrived. Today they got a letter stating that the PR card photos have been rejected and have been asked to submit the new ones.

Do they have to send the photos to me and I mail them to CIC?

Please any help is greatly appreciated.

Just ask them to send photos directly along with a copy of the form they sent (that will have the application and UCI number)

Hi All ,

We already linked our PR cards with CIC account , its showing Approved for me and my kid but still submitted stage for my wife ? any one face this issue
