PR Card photos problem, where can I send the photos? Address ?

I have been trying to reach CIC and get something done about my PR card. I landed May 21, 2015 and I am yet to receive my card. I call CIC and they said there was a probem with the photos and that they send a letter to my Lawyer. About a week ago. Still no letter

I was thinking of mailing the photos myself to a CIC address with all my details like UCI, Application number etc.

Does anyone have experience sending photos to CIC? Can you share the address with me and the procedure you followed to send it?

If you applied for a Permanent Resident Card and the Case Processing Centre requires that you provide new photos, you must send them according to the photo specifications with a Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455) to the following address:

Case Processing Centre -
Permanent Residence Card
P.O. Box 4500
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

Do you know the courier address for this PO box? I have similar issue and am trying to re-send the photo from abroad, unfortunately DHL does not deliver to PO boxes...

I also have the same case for my kid, they asked for 2 new photos.

I am now in Saudi Arabia, if I send 2 photos to their mail address, do they require that photos must be stamped by Canadian photographer or no need???

did u recieve ur PR card after sending the photos ? i sent the photos with supplementary identification form today ... i dont know if they'll accept them or not. They were stamped and dated from behind by wallmart photos !

but the letter was not recieved, i found out from CIC helpline.

Can someone please tell me the courier address for this P.O. Box 4500. I want to send from outside Canada. And the courier company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Would be much appreciated.

I heard back at last. I submitted my photos October 5 and my card was dispatched on October 27. I received it November 6.

Hi,

I read your post and understood there was a request from CIC for photo's and you were outside Canada. I am also in the same situation, for my son they are asking photos to be resent.

1) Did you submit from outside Canada
2) Did it had photographer address and date of outside Canada
3) Did you received PR card.

Please let me know as i have taken the photos and i am ready to send, but wanted to know will there be any issues if sending from outside

I am also same situation where CIC has asked for Photos. Since i am outside Canada, i can get the photos taken ,stamped with photographer address and send it.
Did you send it from outside and did you get the PR card. please let me know

I am in a similar boat. I became a PR on June 18th 2015. I got a letter stating that my photos were rejected. I resent my photos on October 28th. I have tried calling them after that but they state that my photos have not yet been received. On the portal it shows that the package was received. Is there anything else I can do? Any office I could walk up to - to identify the problem?
