PR Card photo update

Hello,

I did my landing on September 2017, then I went back home to finalize my movement to Canada, I was expecting the PR cards in 60 days, but unfortunately, I received a letter that my photo was not compliant with the standards and I have to send new photos.

My question is, the letter was addressed to my name and address, but does it mean that I have to send updated photos for myself only ? Or I have to send the same for my wife and kids ?

If the previous pictures you sent for the whole family were in the same non-compliant format, then you should send the new photos for the whole family in the same correct format now.

I sent all the photos and made sure it is compliant. But for some reason, I got this letter.

This letter was addressed to my name, and on the right side, the bar code for UCI was my UCI number.

Does that mean, I have to send mine only (Which is more logic), Or shall I send the updated photos for all my family members ?
