I landed in September in Toronto with family and returned after one mont. PR cards were received after 58 days at my friend address. Two of my kids pr cards are not arrived yet. Recently received a letter from CIC that my son photo is not as per specifications and are asked to mail two new photos.
I am outside Canada and living in KSA, can I send photo from outside Canada or it should be sent from Canada?
Is there similar case?
