Hello everyone,

Just wondering if this happened with someone else here - my husband (principal applicant), my daughter and I received our PR cards in the mail (at a Canadian address) a month ago. However my son who also landed with us (July 2022) has NOT received his card yet.

Does this usually happen where one card is delayed? Or could it possibly be lost in the mail?

Can we ask for replacement at the point? We are currently based in the US, and I did open a Webform asking IRCC about issue about 2 weeks ago, but there’s been no response yet. We applied through OINP Express entry stream.

Any useful advice appreciated. TIA.
 
Hello, did you receive your son’s PR card? How much time did it take? My husband and son got theirs but I haven’t received mine, it’s been 6months now. Can you please tell me what measures did you take to approach the ircc?
