I had a flight this morning to toronto. The airline before checking me in had to punch the pr card number to allow me to board. Unfortunately on entering the PR card number the message they received was verify canadian visa or PSGR must obtain ETA. I was not allowed to board and its still unclear its the airline error or actually an immigration issue. this is the first time i am using my PR card which i received 5 months ago.
before i book my ticket with another airline i want to confirm with the immigration and understand this weird situation.. does anyone know which email id or office can assist me with this
