PR Card not received 4 months after landing

My wife landed in april 2012 and still it's september and pr card not recd yet, pls guide what to do

When did your wife land? I landed on April 7 and got PR card after 145 days. They sent me a mail after 3 months requesting new photos. I sent them new photos and then i got the Card in about a month. You def have to call CIC.
