PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

@dcowboys , are you and have you been in breach of RO when you applied for PR card? I posted about some PRs waiting for years to get the travel document, and immediately certain regular members on this forum attacked me, implying that I was making this up. They further alleged that delays happen only to those who are in breach of RO (so, legally not eligible to get a benefit), and if you are not in breach of RO you only wait days or weeks to get the benefit/document you seek. Could you share your experience on this? Are they correct?

People like to attack for no reason. I am no in breach awaiting on my initial PR Card. Need to go back home to visit my mom who is sick in the hospital and when speaking to IRCC they told me to get a PRTD but don't trust the wait on that and don't want to be stuck outside of Canada for long. I would not be in breach of my RO.

Same here. We had three applications together, me and my kids application got processed and received the PR card. My wife's application is stuck from October and no response until now. Below is her timeline

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 4, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 9, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 9, 2021.

Is this the correct number to reach out to IRCC 888-242-2100? because trying this number for past one week and every-time she calls it says agents are buys and asks to try again later.

She also submitted the web form on 10-Feb and no response until now on that. how long does it usually takes for the response?

The decision made is showing on ECAS when I log in but when I click I still only have 3 lines. I'll give it a few days to update.

Returned: 18th Dec 2021 (missing one single field ‍)
Sent it again: 19th Dec 2021
AOR: 11th Feb 2022

I agree, some people attack for the sake of attacking. Usually, it's those who can't stand their ground on merits who resort to slandering and making the argument personal.

I can see my application details in ecas and it says Decision Made but 3rd line in ecas says we are processing your application on Feb. 10th.

Not sure about the number to call but hope you get a response soon. I'm hoping I see movement this or the next week or I'll have to start reaching out.

I'm replacing a lost PR card so not sure if that makes a difference in processing.

Are you guys able to link your PR card renewal application to your GC Key? It keeps saying application not found for me even though I'm able to see my application status in the IRCC application status page.

The weird part is that it asks me for my City of Birth but this info was not provided when I filled up on my application form.
