It’s been 90 days since my first PR card app has been submitted after my CoPR was issued. Still no AOR letter. I’m wondering if there’s anything I need to do?

Are you able to link your first new PR card application to your account?
To be honest, I can’t remember if I did that. But my PR card application is viewable in my cic account profile. I guess that means I did link my application? It’s status is “submitted” and it says it was received “January 10th” which is about three days after I was issued CoPR. Just no updates since then.

My application status is the following for renewing a PR card:
  1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on December 24, 2020.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 22, 2021.
  3. We started processing your application on February 22, 2021.
The main page says decision made since around the beginning of March but I haven't gotten any mail or updates. Should I be concerned?

Does anyone know whats the average time these days to receive a new PR card? I see many applicants receiving within 3 months, some getting within 1 month as well. Is anyone in the same boat?

I actually sent my photographs on 8th April, considering that i want to travel in the end of May, i feel i have less chances to receive the card by then.

What alternate routes do we have if someone wants to travel without a PR card?

Disclaimer :
1. I don't have US Visa
2. I don't wanna take the route for PRTD (i heard it takes very long time if i do in my country)
3. I still have a work visa (But I heard that once your PR is approved, any type of visa you have is discarded.
4. Lives in Toronto

I would appreciate it if someone can help me with this issue.

Thank you.
