You can call the call centre and ask about your PR card. They will tell you how long to keep waiting or if it was already sent and didn't arrive, they may report it lost and send you a new one.
So were you married after you landed as a PR? If you were married after you landed, go to the family section of this forum and read about how to sponsor your wife.
If you were married before you landed, your wife should have been included on your PR application. If she was included as not accompanying and therefore did not get a PR visa, you can sponsor her now. If she was however not included, you have a problem.
