Hi guys my wife landed in December in Canada and she applied her PR card at POE. Then i likened my wife’s PR with my GCKEY account and her card was sent by IRCC beginning of February but unfortunately we nerve received the pr card in our mail box and today i was wondering to reapply her pr card and i am confused do i need apply and pay for pr card fee and send the whole application with new photos ect or i have to just send the solemn declaration?
