PR Card - Landed in months of April -may 2015.

Hey All,
I am starting this thread to track the PR Card processing status.

Now processing time is 50 days.

I have landed on April 27th. When I check on May 2nd it was 39 days.

Hopefully you will card by mid June. Generally new people are getting it around 6 weeks time.

I also landed on same day, current processing time is 57 days. So now the question is which time frame is applicable on us. 57 or 39.

Landed today so I'm far behind! I have a quick question. Is there anyway I could travel outside Canada before getting the PR card?

Do you have visa exempt passport? Or TD is required to return back to canada.

Even if you have a non visa exempt country passport, IF you already have a US visa, you can potentially , fly into the nearest US airport, get someone to come pick you up OR park you car in the airport , and drive back and enter canada with your COPR.

I have a potential holiday coming up in early August, but it seems like the PR card processing times are too long now for me to take a chance and book my airfare. Sad face...
