PR card in production timeline

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 2, 2018.
2. urgent request email with documentation Feb 9th 2018
3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 20, 2018
4. We started processing your application on February 20, 2018
   
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on February 26, 2018

Production dept took from Feb 20th to the 26th, this for urgent request

Where did u get these updates from? I have linked my PR card application via gc key. The status at home page is 'Submitted'. when I click on 'Check status and messages' I can see final decision has been made and status as approved.
also my last status change date is 12th April. Should have been delivered by now, not sure what I am missing here.
