PR Card - How to get after landing in Canada

Hi
I just landed in Canada on 8th of Jan 2016 and got my SIN no ( not sin card)at the airport only .
1.Please guide me about how to apply for PR card or the officials will send it to me on their own .
2. what are the other formalities if any i have to complete ?

As long as you provided an address when you landed, the card will be sent to you.

1. You don't have to do anything as long as you provided a canadian address to the officer when he was filling your COPR. I also guess he probably told you that you will be receiving your pr card in about 6-8 weeks.
2. You probably want to open a bank account, apply for health card, apply for a driving license, ..etc.
