I never able to link my application. So I don’t know. I just called them and lucky enough to get the answers.

I am planning to go to India in early December. I haven't received my PR card yet, sent photos/CoPR in march 2021. What should I do? I don't think IRCC customer care will be helpful.

I think send a e-mail to ask your Card status is a good idea.You can try to do it.

Anyone who have not received pr card and has waited beyond processing time. Send email on the following id with your proofs that why you need it early or urgentpy. You will receive approval in 1 week for sure.

I am Montreal office and sent my CoPR and Photo by mail to Montreal Office in March 2021. I haven't used any online portal ever for confirming my PR status either.
I need PR card early as one of my family members is sick.
