Hello Everyone.

I landed with my parents in Canada around 2001, unfortunately due to inability to secure a job we had to leave we kept coming back to renew our PR card last was around 2008. Pr had expired on 2013 im now planning to apply for a travel document with H&C grounds and hoping i get accepted. I was told i need to establish through proof my ties to Canada to have a better chance

Im looking for good immigration consultant firm to help me with my application, any suggestions based on experience would be much appreciated ?

Thanks in Advance

How old are you now?

From your other post you're 35 years old now, so should know you have essentially zero chance to have H&C reasons accepted and most likely scenario here is PR TD is denied and your PR status is officially terminated.

that is not true i have done some research and i can see that probability is low but NOT 0, saying so shows that u have 0 knowledge of the process hence please keep your opinion to yourself

Essentially zero. This means not quite zero but close enough. Not an opinion but based on facts of how many other PR TD apps were rejected in people with similar cases, with documented court records.

If you think you have any chance at 35 years old and no real H&C reasons stated, seems you are the one with not much knowledge of the process. Best of luck.

The point of this whole discussion is to find a good immigration consultant to provide advise on my H&C grounds which i had not shared as i don't believe normal people are qualified to provide legal opinion especially in exceptional cases like mine. Having said so not sure how u had reached to a conclusion that i have no real H&C reasons so again thanks for your time but please keep your opinion to yourself

Then why did you explain your whole situation, yet didn't mention a single valid H&C reason (employment reasons are typically not accepted as H&C)? Obviously if you post this on a public immigration forum, you'll get people's (non legal) opinions based on the info you presented. Mine won't be the only one. Deal with it.

If you just want a lawyer reference then that's all you needed to ask. Try the lawyers that run this forum.

A good immigration consultant won't be able to offer a whole lot more than the more knowledgeable forum members here offer, except they take your money to do it. As noted, you'll need a good immigration lawyer.

Thanks, would you happen to know any good lawyers with proven expertise in similar cases like mine ?
