Pr card delays

I got massage on sep 24 2020 that my pr is approved then got COPR letter in email on January 14 2021 and atill haven’t received my PR card don’t know what are they doing. Every time i call them same reason due to pandemic . But my friends got their card in 7,15,30 days respectively. Also they got approval letter after me.

Your PR approval on Sept 24, 2020 is irrelevant. This has nothing to do with when you can expect to receive your PR card.

You need to use the date you received your COPR (Jan 14th) as the date to determine when you can expect to receive your PR card. Right now the processing time for new PR cards is 125 days.

It means I should contact them on 14 of may only if didn’t receive my card its too long
