PR card application secondary review(PLEASE HELP)

Hello everybody,
I just have a question so I applied for a pr card since February 27th, 2017 and I received an email that they need additional documents by May 1st, 2017 so I sent all the documents needed( passport photocopies & entry-exit record) and they received them by June 1st and since that time I didn't receive any update. So, I just have a question, it's almost one year passed and after 40-50 days I will be eligible for applying for a citizenship application so can I apply in my situation or I have to wait for the Pr card first to issued?

If you have the required days then you can apply for citizenship. Only thing is your PR obligations must be intact, that is there should be no RO breach.
