PR card and border agency issue

What Proof,I will show to the Canadian authority that my wife was living with me outside Canada ?
one of my friend also told me that if you or your dwelling is in Canada, then authorities will let you visit canada as your dwelling/family is there.

You could show her visa status in the country where you are living. Official mail being sent to both of you at that address. Tax being filed for both of you at that address. Even better if she has a job there. However, this is not in the near future because first she would have to get Canadian citizenship and then join you and stay with you for a full two years and for it to work, you can not have been reported for not meeting the residency requirements before then because then you would stand to lose your PR and if you have lost your PR already, staying with your wife outside will not bring it back. She would then have to sponsor you.

If your family likes living in Canada and want to stay in Canada, it may be a better option to accept your loss of PR and have your wife sponsor you again.

As for being allowed to visit, if you get reported on entry at some point during one of your visits, you would have the option to appeal or accepting that you lost your PR. If you accept that you lost your PR, they will most likely let you enter with a visit visa. Having been a PR but lost your status due to not staying in Canada enough does not stop you from getting a visit visa. Once you have lost your PR, you could apply for a multiple entry visa to visit your family until your wife has sponsored you for a new PR. If you are really not considering moving to Canada but were granted a 10 year multiple entry visa, you might just want to stick with that too and not have her sponsor you for PR because if you do, you spend a lot of money for it and you don't actually need it and you would eventually have problems again because you don't meet the residency requirements after a few years.
