PR card 2018 timelines

I have used UCI and family name and still the same answer "no found application".

I believe that city of birth might be the issue, on my COPR it says SETE LAGOAS/M. I've tried cap letters, small, with and without slash but no success.

Try writing everything as was written on IMM008

I landed on September 4 but Just last week figured out how to link my PR card to my CIC account. I was dismayed to see it say current status submitted. It’s been close to 3 months now!! Was thinking the strike was holding back me getting card in mail but it appears they haven’t processed it yet Is this an anomaly and me contact them??

You should contact them, if they had mailed it it would’ve said approved instead of submitted

we should keep in mind that Canada Post is on strike and this is causing a delay... with many things...

Yeah that will delay it being mailed out but not it being processed.

I can’t access it on ecas, maybe only the applications for a PR card renewal show on ecas

My wife landed in the Etobicoke CIC Office on Oct 2, 2018.

So it's been almost 2 month (counting weekends) to date.

Yeah that will delay it being mailed out but not it being processed.

i agree but it is still something to keep in mind!! i never bothered linking my husbands PR card.. so we just waited and got it in 50 days

I just linked the account yesterday however we here landed on Oct 2. From the look of it, I don't think the status will be 100% accurate, but again, I could be wrong.

I wish I never linked my husband's PR card. Just makes me anxiously check it every day!

Neither, its sent from an office in Halifax...I should add, assuming they haven't changed this since last December.
