PR cancellation for sponsored spouse

what are the ways to cancel spouse's PR card? is there any way i can cancel my husband's PR? my husband came here in May 2013.. and i tried to adjust with him but he just used me to come Canada and now its hard for me to live with him but i want to cancel his PR (the reason he married me) before i proceed to divorce

You cannot cancel someone's PR card.

It seems you submitted his application prior to October 2012, so he does not have conditional PR. You can report him to CIC, but unless you have hard evidence that it was a marriage of convenience (and even then), don't expect much to happen from CIC. You are still responsible for him for 3 years from the date of landing, so if he goes on welfare, you will need to pay that back to the government.

You can't just go deporting people because the marriage didn't work out . Even if he had condition 51 the OP still can't deport him . When you sign those papers of undertakings you know then that you are responsible for that person for 3 years ,what ever happens. Totally wrong information . I sometimes get it wrong from time to time on small things,but this is something you shouldn't be giving advice on

There's nothing you can do. Just move on with your life. Your husband is entitled to keep his PR status.
