PR Canada Holder to Apply US Visa 10 years

I am Vietnamese and PR Canada holder, I would like to apply for US Visa, will I have a chance to obtain a 10 years US visa or just one year as the reciprocity between US and Vietnam?

It is up to the US and dependent on your current status when it comes to employment, savings, etc.
