PR - BIG DOUBT

Guys

In the year 2013 i had got my PR thru AEO but i couldn't land before the date which means i missed the PR that time. if i re-apply how are the chances of me getting??

1) I have got the PR but i dint avail(Will this have a negative implication?)
2) Since i had already got, will the process be simple this time

Please give ur sugegstions!!! URGENT

1. You will have a lot of explaining to do as to why you didn't you it and convince them that you are going to use it this time and you are not a time waster.

2. You already got a pr but didn't use it. You will have to reapply. It doesn't give you any benefit over new applications.
