I have one question which is basic.

Has any one got PR based on Sikkim manipal university's MBA degree on distance learning , assessed by IQAS ?

the reason i am asking as per Canadian rule u need to have 2 full year master degree. have anyone come across this confusion? if u have answer please tell me.
