PR Based International Travel to India

Hi,

I recently became a Permanent Resident and am looking at travelling to India for vacation.

I know I would need a visa if I attempt to fly via US but because i am not keen at getting a US visa, I am wondering if there's any visa requirements if I go via other countries or is the PR card sufficient. Is there anything else I might need to keep in mind as I look at booking flight tickets online?

Also In addition to cheapoair, is there any other trusted and recommended online sites you would suggest?

How about fly via China? If you are holding a passport from one of the 51 countries, you can stay up to 72 hours in China without a visa.
