I really don't want to ask my current employer for a work reference letter, for fear of putting my job at risk and causing a panic if they know I'm planning on leaving. I am the main applicant. Is it possible for me to prove work experience and my NOC with the following documentation:

- payslips
- signed work contract
- bonus letters
- letter confirming employment. I have a letter that I used when I applied for my visitors visa for Canada. But it does not include duties.

What is the best way for me to prove my duties without an official reference letter?

My NOC is 0213. I have 2 reference letters from previous employers which accounts for 3 years work experience in NOC 0213 within the last 7 years.

Has anyone done the same and successfully received PR?

You can write the reference letter in IRCC format on a plain A4 sheet, get your supervisor to sign on it and then notarize.

You should also include your employment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter ID card, payslips and finally a LOE

This was what I did in my own case because my employer does not issue reference letter.
