PR approved in tracker for family on Aug 1, 2022 but did not receive any COPR letter so far

Hi everyone, I applied for family sponsorship. The family was granted PR, but did not receive any COPR letter yet. Checked the spam folder and also the cic account. Its been more than 6 months of waiting. Raised multiple web forms, but to no benefit. If anyone has any idea please let me know. I am a PR holder and my application was within Canada to bring family. If you already wait for your pr card more than 180 days since you had copr number, then you can apply for pr card through portal as the urgent case.
