PR approved but possibly complex completion.

Hello everyone. First time poster.
Here is my situation. My wife came over on a TRV in the spring of 2021. In the Fall of 2021 we filled for Spousal sponsorship inland. She was just recently approved. Great News.

She has a dependent child that is still in the Philippines who was also approved. My concern is if there is a time line for my step daughter / Us to finalize her PR in the portal or how that process works being she is not in Canada and has never been in Canada? My wife is easy to finish as she is currently in Canada. So the only worry I have is my step daughter and how we proceed with her.

You'll have to contact IRCC about how to get the visa/copr for the daughter. Medicals may need to be redone depending on specifics, but main thing is contact IRCC.
