I have received an approval for my mother and younger brothers Dec 5, 2022
I sent the email requested for my mother and dependents.
I received the email with my mother's portal login information as she is currently in Canada however my bothers are residing in another country.
I uploaded her picture, address and confirmation that she's in Canada. It was completed Dec 7, 2022 which makes it around 2 weeks now. It still says "pending review from IRCC". I still have not received any information about my brother's PR Portal.
On Dec 16, 2022 I received the same approval letter again requesting Portal information for my mother and brothers, even though she already received her Portal information and it's pending review.
Please help.
