Usually from NDVO and for PNPs the trend is same day PPR, I am not sure at what time it changed to IN Progress as I checked late in night and now its weekend, so I am little worried, lets see how it goes! Thanks for your wishes ppahuja! Good luck to you too for a speedy PPR!

Thx mate. Yes you are right on PNP trend for BG & PPR for NDVO. It usually changes during the day (IST) for NDVO applicants but you get notification late only. Don't worry, rush to nearest VFS on Monday morning with passport(s) and photographs - it's all streamlined process.

When was your file transferred to NDVO - per GCMS (if you ordered)?

Hello DevGurgaon,
I see that you have received your PP in just 3 days...!!! That's amazing and congrats.. if I may ask..
Did you submit PP directly in the NDVO or through VFS..?
Actually, I submitted my passports on 08-Sep-2016 via VFS and the tracking still says it is being processed at New Delhi visa office!!! So it is taking significantly more as compared to yours.

My concern --[I forgot to write my name behind the photos, however, it has the date, signature and address of photo studio (took the pic in VFS itself)... do you think this could pose a problem in my case? (actually, I had asked the lady in the VFS who was taking my PP that do I need to write my name behind the photos, and she replied no.. so I did not bother to recheck the CIC specifications)...
I know,, my bad.. but any suggestions from your would be helpful ;)

Thanks,
Rahul

I don't think NDVO takes PP directly.. it has to go through VFS... I submitted in person to Delhi VFS and collected in Person from Delhi VFS. IMO u can't do anything about the pics now... they would be smart enuf to match against ur PP if multiple family members and use correct pic for COPR. Check your copr when you receive it to make sure... All The Best !!

I submitted my passport through VFS on the 8th myself, and still have not received it back yet myself (everything I submitted was within specifications).
I don't think we need to worry too much, the official processing time for passports is 30 working days.

Guys,

I submitted CSE on Aug 30 to get contact details/address changed. I haven't received response back as yet. But got the Rprf request in the interim.

Should I raise a CSE again or any email Id I should contact regarding the same.

Regards
Aditya

Did you receive the automatically generated response when you submitted the CSE?

Does the NDVO contact the applicant or employer. What if the person signing the reference letter is not available in India to verify or reply the calls from NDVO. Actually may manager or supervisor who issued me reference letter is migrating to Australia. What should I do?
