PR application

Hi, I just received a letter from CIC to submit additional documents for my PR application through Express Entry it says:
Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. My husband and I already provided them all the passport pages with the stamps in our initial application.

Anyone have an Idea of what else can we attach in our online application? Please help

I got the same document request. How did you mange answering this? I am residing in USA, but citizen of India.

What form number is that? They did not send me a form but I downloaded one from their website. Imm5562e.

they sent a link to access the form. Its also on the cic website under application form
as IMM5562
